Welcome to the website of St Peter’s Church, Poulshot, which was built in the 13th century.


On our site we aim to provide you with information to help you find out more about St Peter’s Church of England, Parish Church of Poulshot.


Our Church is very much a family church and we are blessed with a warm and welcoming congregation.


Our Church is open to visitors every day 9am – 5pm

The Parochial Church Council (PCC)


The PCC is the Management Committee of our Parish Church and meets six times a year. It has the responsibility of working with the Vicar in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish, the mission of the church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

The Electoral Roll


The Church Representation Rules 2011 (“ The Rules”) requires that every PCC maintains an Electoral Roll. This is the Parish Church’s register of electors. It is an important way for members  of the congregation to confirm their commitment to St Peter’s Community and to the vision of the Church. It means that they can vote on church matters, attend the APCM and stand for election to the PCC or Deanery Synod.




The PCC is supported in its work by specific PCC members.

The Church Flowers


St Peter’s Church Flower Arrangers are volunteers for all Church occasions. They work on a rota system, with all of the members helping to decorate the Church for major festivals.
