About The Hall

The Village Hall is at the centre of village life in Poulshot. Situated on The Green, the building was once the schoolhouse. It was bought by the village in 1977, since when it has been used as the Village Hall. The Hall consists of two main activity areas plus a large kitchen and toilet facilities. There is a tarmac area to the front of The Hall which can be used for outdoor events and a small play area for toddlers. The Hall has been completely refurbished in 2008 and meets all relevant standards, providing excellent disabled access.

A number of local groups use The Hall for a variety of activities, some energetic and some more leisurely. The Hall is ideally suited for special occasions such as family parties or children’s events or for small businesses to use as an out-of-town alternative to an expensive hotel.
